Private — not visible to families. Set these, then generate a clean copy to send.
Kept in this browser only, never in a family link. Asked for once per browser — and once more if you also run the Roadmap from the file on your desktop, since that counts as a separate browser.
Every Roadmap already sent picks this up the next time it's opened, so rotating the key needs no new deploy. Leave it empty and families get the plain app link instead, and are told to ask you on the call if it wants a password.
These names belong to the family loaded now, so they are locked. To correct them, edit this family; for anyone else, start a new family.
Surname only. Preserved rates are filed under this name together with the family's ID, so spell it exactly the same way every time, capitals included. Add everyone who's enrolling — children or a parent — as students below, never as a new family. The Roadmap adds "the" and "family" itself where it needs them.
